The structure of the grinding screen is mainly divided into two parts: the power transmission system and the cutting and water-passing system.
- Power Transmission System: This primarily consists of a motor and a gearbox, which are connected via a coupling.
- Cutting and Water-Passing System: This includes two main components-the cutting blade set (comprising active and passive blade groups) and the water-passing drum (grate bars).
The power system and the cutting system are linked through couplings and gear transmission. During operation, the motor drives the cutting blade set and the water-passing drum through the gearbox, gears, and couplings. The drum continuously rotates toward the center, transferring debris to the blade set, where it is continuously shredded into smaller particles.
