Introduction

The Cable Wire Recycling Line is a fully automated system designed for recycling waste cables and wires, transforming them into high-purity copper and aluminum granules while separating insulation materials. This system efficiently processes various types of electrical wires, including household cables, industrial wires, communication wires, and automotive cables, ensuring maximum material recovery with minimal environmental impact.
The Cable Granulator Machine is a core component of this system, utilizing crushing, separation, and dust collection technology to extract valuable metals from waste wires. It features dry separation technology, reducing the need for water and minimizing environmental pollution.
The copper granulator machine can separate copper, plastic, iron, etc. from the recycled waste cables through crushing, gravity sorting, vibration sorting, magnetic sorting, electrostatic sorting and other processes, with a purity of up to 99%.
Equipment features:
