Product Description

This Series cone crusher from Zibo United Tech Machinery Co., Ltd. has reasonable structure design, long service life, and the crushedproduct size is uniform, reduce cycle load. The large size crusher used a hydraulic cavity clearing system. Customers can choose different cavity according to different needs. Spring safety system is overload protection device, foreign body and iron pieces can go through the crushing chamber without damaging to the crusher.
The cone crusher is divided into standard and short head type. Standard type feed size large, discharging granularity is coarse. Short head cone crushers are steep, feed size is small,conducive to the production of fine material. The standard type is generally used for coarse crushing, middle crushing, short head for middle crushing, fine crushing.
This series UT Machinery crusher, suitable to crush the middle hardness ore and rock.  It has the advantage like, rational structure, high production capacity, easy adjustment and usage ecnomic, etc. Its spring insurance system is the overload protection device. It can help the iron block pass the crush chamber and not harmful to the crusher. It adopts two sealing types like oil and water. The stone flour can sepreated by the libricant, essure the reliable service. The chamber type depends on the rock usage. The standard type suitable to middle crush, the medium type suitable to the fine crush, and short type suitable to the fine crush.
